Problem: Gr8works needed a plug & play enterprise grade Asterisk deployment for its staff to do both inbound and outbound telemarketing. They have a PRI E1 line, combination of polycom and softphones.
How has Gr8works been using Druid ECS? All the Gr8works polycom 501 phones were provisioned automatically upon plugging into the network. Gr8works have been using the Druid ECS time based routing of digium zaptel trunks to do day & night menus for their inbound call center functions. Gr8works also use the Druid ECS queue editor to configure a full feature sales queue. Gr8works is also using Druid ECS to connect to an asterisk based outbound dialer and it works perfectly. |
