Profile: Large Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) based in San Pedro Honduras

Problem: WISP wants to replace the office PBX with Druid to answer the large number of support and sales. WISP also wants its offer business grade IP-PBX installation to its SMB customers.

Solution: MIO Group installed Druid and Asterisk on a DELL SC430 server to replace the MIO group PBX system. Different services, wireless Navini systems and landline system we have most of our clients in the commercial sector; the main reason for testing the system was to provide our SMB customers with this solution instead of analog PBXs.

How has Druid been working for you?
In order to configure and administer of Asterisk (Users, Trunks, etc), Druid reduces the total learning curve and Asterisk implementation, configuration and management. Druid is very intuitive and easy to use. Most intermediate Linux users will be able to install Druid without much hassle. Druid is working very well
